A new luxury apartment community was coming to Fort Myers and needed a name and brand that captured the area’s coastal character without blending into it. The vision was to create something elevated yet approachable — a brand that felt at home in its surroundings while standing confidently apart.
We developed Montego Reserve, a name that pairs tropical warmth with an understated sense of sophistication. The identity draws inspiration from the natural Florida landscape, using soft sunlit tones, organic textures, and refined typography to convey relaxed luxury. Together, the name and design system set the tone for marketing, signage, and future leasing efforts.
