Project Manager
(LOCATION)
Remote - Atlanta, GA
(PAY)
Contract | Pay Range: $30-55/hr
Unscheduled is a creative studio built for brands and agencies that refuse the expected. We design brand identities, campaigns, digital experiences, and provide production support with clarity and boldness at the core.
We’re looking for a Project Manager who can do more than keep tasks moving. This role blends project management and account management — someone who can manage timelines and budgets while also building trust with clients, anticipating needs, and keeping communication clear at every step.
As Project Manager, you’ll be the connector between our internal team and our clients. You’ll oversee projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring work stays on track, on budget, and on brand. At the same time, you’ll act as a client partner — building relationships, clarifying goals, and making sure the work we deliver aligns with client needs and studio standards.
This is a hands-on role in a lean, collaborative studio. You’ll manage multiple projects across brand, campaign, digital, and production support, working closely with creative leads to balance big ideas with day-to-day execution.
Qualifications
3–5 years experience in project management or account management (agency or studio preferred)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
Excellent communication skills — confident leading calls, writing recaps, and translating creative goals into actionable steps
Comfortable managing timelines, budgets, and resources while keeping stakeholders aligned
Relationship-driven: able to build client trust and act as the first point of contact
Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Notion, etc.)
Familiarity with creative workflows — branding, campaigns, digital, and content production
Problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
What We Offer
Competitive salary range of $50,000–$75,000
Flexible remote working (+ in-person collaboration when needed)
Opportunities to work across diverse clients and industries
A lean, collaborative team environment with space to grow and shape your role
Paid time off, holidays, and professional development opportunities
